[Solved] 080918 mpatent has problem

Hi Bruno,
Just tried 080918 mpatent it has a message like this " Application uses trial version of TMS software compoents. Contact TMS software http://www.tmssoftware.com for valid licensing". What is this message mean? I checked the web site it is some software I don't know what is use for. When I tried download very few patent like 5 patents it will stop at "Please wait ... Finalizaton! " ?? Please check.

Hi Bruce,

we made some tests with a new TMS component for Chart but without success so we hidden the result.
But message appears that TMS is used.

The solution for this problem is to re-download the latest revision and re-install it. Message will disappears.

Concerning downloading 5 patents, can you give me your request ? by mp in this forum ?

Hi Bruno,
I will try the new version.
You can try downloading any patents it will say " Please wait.. Finalization !" and just stop and the message will not go away and no patent downloaded.

Hi Bruno,

I tried TI=airbus and date = no. It is 9 patents and it still the same message and problem. I tried 080707 it is ok no problem. May be you should try to install to another PC and try, your PC may be installed TMS software so no problem ?? I don't know what's the problem there's no change to my PC. Is anybody installed 080918 has the same problem ?? Please advice.

For TMS message, are you sure you have re-downloaded the latest revision ?
May be the auto-extract.exe is in cache ? Do you see the download process ?

Concerning the freeze step, I wait other users

I test MP 8.4 on other computer and other users computer and all is ok.

TMS message is not showed and Download process is finalized.

Awaiting other comment about users.

Hi Bruno,

I download the latest 080918 mpatent and tested the following is what I found:

1) The TMS software message is gone, problem fixed.

2) Under the latest 080918 mpatent folder I ran the TI= airbus and date = no test during the download you can see all the patents were downloaded
it freezed at the same place Finalization stage, same message "Please wait.. Finalization ".

3) I don't want to keep two copies of 080918 maptent folder so I rename latest 080918 mpatent8 to mpatent9
and copied the TMS software message version as mpatent8. Later I tried to ran the mpatent9 (the latest one) to test it again surprise it ran ok !!
no freeze problem everything is ok.

4) I ran couple test with mpatent9 everything is normal, So I rename the old (TMS) 080918 to mpatent9 and new 080918 (no TMS) version to mpatent8 surprise, mpatent8 had the same freeze problem and the mpatent9 (now the TMS message version) is ok no freeze problem ???

5) I did some quick check mpatent9 text mining and main terms of abstract had no result

6) I found in the patent folder had a new file called mpatent9.ini it's only 1kb and a mpatent8 it's 7kb ?

I hope this founding is helpful to you, should I rename mpatent8 to mpatent9 ??

I found the problem with your comment ! Rolling Eyes

In fact, in the directory of MP you must have a directory named "Lexicon.txt" with inside a file named also "Lexicon.txt". It's a auto-installation error !!!

The file "Lexicon.txt" must be moved to the matheo root directory and the directory must be delete.

I'm very sorry for this error Embarassed

I also replaced the old auto-installation, so your can re-download Matheo-Patent-8_4
