Without downloading the related citing or cited documents (grey box) everying looks fine but if I downloaded citing and cited documents the link will changed. Using Snowboard project as example US6530590 before download any cited or citing documents you look at the citation link network it had 6 citing documents just like the bibliographic data and with a priority year of 1900. I used the download function and downloaded all the citing documents. After the download I checked the citation link network again things changed. US6530590 priority changed from 1900 to 2001 and from 6 citing to 5 citing and 1 cited documents. WO03099396 with priority year 2002 changed from citing to cited. How can US6530590 with priority year of 2001 CITED a document WO03099396 with priority year of 2002? In the bibliograhpic it shows WO03099396 is citing document ??? I checked another one US6357783 is similar case before download citing and cited documents US6357783 priority year is 1900 with 4 cited and 1 citing docuements. AFter download checked the citation link US6357783 priority year changed from 1900 to 1994 and 4 cited to 3 cited and 1 citing to 2 citing. FR2689776 changed from cited to citing after download ???
