Version 8.2 : Matheo Patent integrates the citation links

New improvments:

- Citation Link : Matheo Patent can create the citing - cited network depending from a patent
Check a sample patent citation link map http://www.matheo-patent.com/screencopy/propag.png
Download of cited patents, forward citation with right click

- New tabsheet management system in 4 categories for the patent analysis: Authors, Technology, Dates, Groups
All the categories are updated with USPTO data (attorney, examiners, US Class, ...)

- A new automated report exporting the patents in a table (as seen in the software main screen)
