I got a licence 5 months ago. With my last laptop I did not have problems to use Matheo, however now I have another laptop and Matheo can't check my licence. I mean, It can't access to internet. But, my connection to Internet is ok.

Matheo does not have problems if I conect my laptop to another connection. I use LAN cable, and I have checked every proxy configuration.

Hi Victor,

First make sure that you have proxy connection of Matheo Patent program enabled, to do that please go to menu File->Parameters and check if all are ok in Proxy Tab.

If yes, go to the matheo directory program and open the file debug.log it's a text file, inside you will find the answer of your proxy if this is a proxy problem.

If with all these information MP don't run, please contact me directly on support@matheo-software.com, we will do some test directly.
