Hi Bruno,

When I do:

File > Add patents from list > (I select the list) > I mark the box "download patent family" ...

... it begins the downloading process ...

... then sometimes MP is running apparently OK but the number of patents to download remain permanently high at the same level. It seems to me as if MP were in a loop repeating the downloading of patents from "special" or long families ... ??? Rolling Eyes

perhaps you can check this matter easily.

Hi Juan,

Can you send me your list of patents, i need to do the same test like you.

You can send me at support@...

Or just give me the patent number that you think it is the problem.
