USPTO has 1 more digit than Espacenet |
|
Hi Bruno,
I have realised that USPTO Application database has one more digit than Espacenet, eg
Espacenet number US2006145014 = USPTO AppFT 20060145014
So it is not possible to complete the record of Espacenet from USPTO. Instead of completing the record, MP shows two records.
I hope you will solve it easily

Hi Juan,
I analyzed the process in MPatent and in EPO/USPUB.
I'm sorry i can't modify MPatent rapidly to merge these two type of Number. I must work on each function of contextual menu of MP if the number is USPub format.
Like every time, i try to do that when i have time,
ToDo List +1
Regards,
Bruno |
