Problem with add patents

Hi Bruno,

I did a download patent with keyword and selected drawing and first page. After dowload I find out I missed a keyword so I did a ADD PATENT and put in the missing keyword and selected download first page and drawing again. It had only 21 patents,it seem it downloaded everything but after the second time download the SAVE and ADD PATENTS functions were disabled I can't do a SAVE anymore. I tried to close the project see if I can do a save, I can't close because it won't let me close the project or close Matheo Patent program, no error message it won't respond to any action it just stop working!!! I have to kill the program. I tried many times with other keywords it seems it will work fine with first download but if I do a ADD PATENTs fuction at the second times with drawing and first page selected Matheo Patent will stop working everytime!! It'll works fine when I just selected download "description" or "claim". What did I do wrong?? Can you tell me please.

Is it possible to display number of cited document(s) just like you can display number of equivalen(s) patents?

I take a look to this problem.

I reply to this message when i found the problem.

First constation, when i use add patent function with drawing/FPage options, i can see that MPatent, at the end of the download, show directly the main tab with Patent title but also all button are desabled. I'm ok with you Wink

In fact, if i wait one minute all button are enabled. That is because MPatent process "PDF Merge". Normally it don't show main tab while MP process this function.

Can you try another test and wait some minutes (1 or 2 minutes) and tell me if buttons will be enabled.

just wait, i done another tests, it works fine. But it's true, it is not normal that MPatent show main tab (patent with title) while it process PDFMerging
