Download Information= Related Art

Hello All,

I do a lot of citation tree searching in MP, for me it is a real strength of the system. I have been finding though that when I go to the "Download Information/Download Box" that often there is nothing shown in the "Cited" and/or "Cited" boxes. If I check a family member and find "Cited" and/or "Citing" references there and download them and then go back to the head family member the "Cited" and/or "Citing" boxes are populated.

It would appear that MP is not always obtaining the "Cited" and/or "Citing" art.

Another issue that I am finding is that MP is finding the "Cited" and/or "Citing" art. I download it but when I then check the "Download" box all of the "Cited" and/or "Citing" references are still shown. It is as though they haven't been downloaded. This is happening at least 30% of the time.

I have checked my list of documents and some appear as though they have been downloaded but they may have been there already. Some do not appear but they may be family members of other patents that already exist on my list.

Is this a common problem and is there a fix for it?
