I found out that only patents that start with US and year e.g US2001019367A1. After download all the first page PDF files shows only 1 kb and PDF cant't be opened. Full documents is empty. All the other patents work fine including US patents not starting with years?? Patent number too long? I recently contacted them and they tell me that the problem is going to be solve but it will be available only in few week.
