[ver. 9.1] Definition : Patent status

Note : This menu is only available with versions 9.1 and upper

This is the definition of all codes available for "Patent Status".

1- NO INFO (gray): Unclear, No info in Legal Status

2- PENDING (yellow): There exist positive actions like Examination, Search Report, Designated States, etc

3- IN FORCE (green): There exist a code about Patent Granted or Approved or similar

4- OPPOSITION (marron): There exist a code about Opposition or Reexamination

5- NOT IN FORCE (red): There exist a code about Patent Lapsed, Expired, Withdrawn, Refused

6- CHANGE (black): There exist a code about Licensing, selling, change of owner etc

7- REINSTATEMENT (Lime): There exist a code about reinstatement, restoration, etc

8- EXTENSION (dark green): There exist a code about time extension, supplementary protection certificate, etc.
