More intelligent downloading

Hi Bruno,

After doing a query, MP shows the number of patents to download. and the user validates the downloading. That's ok for the first query, but not for next queries.

MP stores the list of patent numbers in the files search#1.txt, search#2.txt, search#3.txt, etc .... ok

The question is: Why not to offer to the user the possibility to skip all the patent numbers already downloaded?

MP could show for every query:
- There are x patents
- there are y new patents (eliminating already downloaded patents)

I mean, it's very easy to subtract eg. from search#3.txt all the patents from search#2.txt and search#1.txt

This would improve a lot the downloading process!!
