| Family count , epo and USPTO patent not combine problem |

Hi Bruno,
Just tested mp9.01 081128 version :
1) Use TI= airbus Patent database= USPTOPatFT downloaded 1 patent U6508401A. Same TI=airbus Patent database= EPO worldwide downloaded 10 patents. Bottom line Families show 12, viewing Family Patent(s) show 12 too? There's only 11 patents. D/l patents: 27/49 downloaded patents = 27 no undownloaded red square patents what's 49 means?
2) US6508401A is downloaded from USPTO and US6508401B1 downloaded from EPO it shows as two patents not one patents ?
3) Translate function is not working

Try the latest revision, not announced yet, of this night 081201.
The number 49 is now deleted, and concerning "Bottom line Families show 12, viewing Family Patent(s) show 12 too? There's only 11 patents" I check that immediatly because you must have effectively only 11 patents.

Yes, because actually I don't have information that this is same patents.
I don't want to merge patents only by comparing Patent Number by if I don't find a solution, I think I will be obliged to use this solution.
I only propose you to merge manually these patents.

I know, sorry. I can't find a good solution to acces to the translation wensite of babelfish like with all version, because this link don't work directly on babelfish translation.

If I do a save-close-open, Family shows 11 patents...humm...  a problem just after the downloading....

Hi Bruno,
Regarding to merging USPTO and EPO patents I think you can just merged the patent with the same patent number solution. Use manual merging method is ok if only a few patents not if there are lots of patents !
USPTO patent number do have doc version A B or C... I think you added US patent with doc version last month. You can just keep US patent WITHOUT doc verion so after merging we can tell which is from EPO and which is from USPTO. What do you think ?
Tested 081201 version thank you for making D/l Patents changes it is very clear now. Thanks.

Yes, you have right, do it manually is not a good solution.

Yes I do, but Kind Code is often only A, and OPS is more precise (A1, A2, etc...)

Yes, I think I will do this method but I would like to find another solution...
