I can give you an example US6256623 it had 37 citing doc at espacenet. Mpatent shows only the first page of 15 patents and not the second and third page of patents. I don't know if cited doc had the same problem. I can't find delete a link at the contextual-menu where did I miss it? Main terms of abstract function at the contextual-menue is not working anymore is it replace by the text mining tool? Concerning delete option for "Link to document", you must first to add a link and after you must have the contextual menu on this item. Concerning "Keywords of Abstract", yes it has been replaced by the Text Mining menu. First, generate the list and after you must have in your bibliographic data the section "Keyword". Did you test only download 15 citing doc problem, do you have the same problem? I get now citing number from EPO and USPTO. Just a little suggestion since you put this wonderful feature on combining both us and ep citing info in one download is it possible to add this wonderful feature to cited doc too.
