error messages

Hello everyone,

I´m working with the evaluation version of "Matheopatent" at home and have some big troubles:

I extracted files at the University with registered version.

But now at home, I can't open the files at all.

During the opening process, the error message "Mémoire insuffisante"
appears.

In the following, the program gets stucked in continuing; it only shows me
the sandglass and a blank display screen.

After that by quitting the program, I´ve to save the project which doesn´t
appear at all.

I get a new message "Violation d`accès à l´adresse 0051915F dans le module
'mpatent9.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 00000006."

I´ve got no idea how to handle the problem.

I would appreciate if somebody could help me and clear faults.

Dear Betty,

Could you tell me if you use the same version on your office and at home ?
Go to the menu "?"->"About", you must have :
9.01 081201 (the latest version).

I think, that's because you have a version more recent at your home and compatibility is only : 8.4->9.0->9.01

You have just to do an update of MPatent at your office, open your project, and save it.
