And it's normal to haven't Citing Doc because this information needs to do an action (it not depending of option checked in the request window). You must use after downloading the menu "Download Information" and in the window check "Citing Number". Concerning "Preview Download...." it concerns the patent you selected after using the Citation Column Method.
