JUMP after delete a patent

Hello to all

Situation:
I'm moving in the upper pane and like to filter (delete) patents. I use the arrow-up and arrow-down, usually I begin on top and go bottom ...
I see a patent to delete ...

Just after clicking [DEL] ...
Evil or Very Mad

- I continue seeing the abstract corresponding to the deleted patent in the lower pane
- The "Control" has been transferred to the lower pane (I mean that arrow-up and arrow-down now moves the lower pane)
- The patent has dissapeared in the upper pane
- The list of the upper pane has suddenly moved, so
- I lose the situation in the upper pane Evil or Very Mad

Now I have to:
- click on the upper pane
- go top
- begin reviewing all the patents that I did review to find the situation where I was when I clicked [DEL]

Please could it be possible:
- to continue having the control in the upper pane
- not losing the position

i see what happend and i'm ok with you to tell it's not very practical to work.

I will try to find a solution to keep the cursor position after this action (delete).

Note : we are going to develop MP7.0 (connect to Espacenet v3) so we tell you to be patient because we have a lot of works. But be sure I will made all my possible to add your request in the next revision or in the new version.
Normaly MP7.0 will be available before end of June.
