Il ya sur especenet 17 familles de 15 applications Je lance matheo sur espacenet+USPTO avec l'option download family Il me remonte selement le brevet FR2734273 en plus Sur la même recherche j'ajoute un brevet FR2780067 avec toujours download family. Il me retrouve toutes les familles, mais à l'affichage, il met en premier un brevet RU Serait-il possible que le brevet demandé soit en premier ou au moins que le brevet de départ soit en premier . Dans ce cas, la priorité est donné sur un brevet Fr ou WO à priorité FR _________________ Best regards Back to top Mannina Site Admin Joined: 06 Jan 2005 Posts: 978 Thu 10 Mar 2005 Location: Marseille Bonjour, Hélas notre système de regroupement par famille se sert du champ PR et en extrait la date la plus vieille pour en déduire le brevet "Père". Donc il nous est trés difficile de changer la méthode de ce regroupement. En ce qui concerne le brevet WO9747687, sur la v2 d'EPO, il n'y a hélas pas d'équivalent seul le brevet FR est trouvé car c'est le brevet le plus ancien dans le champ PR.
